Hunting here is about more than the chase; it’s an experience in one of Florida’s hidden gems. Southern Central Florida’s landscape is a mix of sprawling oak hammocks, lush palmetto scrubs, and open fields, perfect for wild Osceola turkeys. As you set up at first light or settle in for an evening roost, you’ll be surrounded by the unique beauty of Florida’s backcountry, a place only a true local would know like the back of her hand.
We’re not just guides; we’re passionate hosts. Each day after the hunt, you’ll get to unwind and relive the morning’s best moments with good food and company. From the first steps onto our land to the camaraderie around the table, we pride ourselves on offering the kind of southern hospitality that makes you feel right at home. Our guide’s deep-rooted love for hunting and her dedication to her clients create a welcoming, memorable experience that brings hunters back season after season.

Though each turkey hunt is different, and each bird is different, we try to stick to our schedule the best we can.
Majority of cases, our clients who come to us for turkey hunts are ambitious! They want to get in and out in their pursuit of scoring their grand or world slam.
Most clients don’t stay their full 3 days if they harvest early. However, all are welcome to stay and fully enjoy their booked 3 day experience. The choice is yours.
Clients who are quick to respond to instruction have always had a high success rate of a Day 1 harvest. If a harvest is made day one and the client chooses not to leave early, we offer the opportunity on Day 2 to hunt a wild hog and enjoying more time in the woods.

We begin day 1 with a morning sit in the woods. In hopes of a successfully harvest we will stay in the woods for a few hours – this timeframe will depend on how fired up they are that morning and probability of a harvest.
Whether we’ve had a successful harvest or not, by this point, it’s time for some breakfast or lunch.
We spend the evening building a blind and roosting a bird for the next morning’s hunt. It will be dark when we leave the woods.

On the second morning, we will set up on the bird we roosted the night before in the blind we built. In hopes of a successfully harvest we will stay in the woods for a few hours – this timeframe will depend on how fired up they are that morning and probability of a harvest.
Whether we’ve had a successful harvest or not, by this point, it’s time for some breakfast or lunch.
